Slings

Guldmann offers multiple sling and lifting accessory options. Jonathan's Son, Inc. will assess your individual sling requirements and provide recommendations. At the time of installation, we often bring multiple styles and sizes to assure our clients are provided with the best fitting slings.

In combination with our mobile and ceiling mounted hoists, the correct sling and/or lifting accessory will help ensure that lifting and transferring of people with disabilities is completed in a safe and comfortable manner both for user and carer.

To be able to work efficiently and safely, you have to choose, in every case, the correct type of product in the right size and you also have to understand how to use it in the best possible way.

Guldmann ABC slings come in three categories

Active - Lifting slings that require active participation of carer and user. 

Basic - Lifting slings suitable for most persons.

Custom - Lifting slings to match special needs.

Active Micro Plus

Suitable for lifting persons with head control, but with reduced muscular strength of upper part of the body and above hip joint and thighbone.

Active Trainer

Suitable for persons with reduced body balance, but must be able to bear weight on their legs.

Kids Basic Basic

Suitable for lifting persons with head control and with or without body control.

Kids Basic High

Suitable for lifting persons that need head control and with or without body control.

Basic Low

Suitable for lifting persons with head and body control. Arms rest outside the sling.

Basic High

Suitable for lifting persons with little control over their head and body.

Custom Sit-On

Suitable for persons who remain on the sling for long periods due to high weight or customized wheelchair.

Custom Sit-On High

Suitable for persons who remain on the sling for long periods due to high weight or customized wheelchair.

Custom Amputee

Suitable for lifting both single and double (above knee joint) amputees.
